Went to a fabtastic music club on Thursday check out The Icarus Club at The Station Hotel Hither Green London SE13 every Thursday. It's also free admission! Not exactly an "open" mic, as all the acts are pre-booked. It is a showcase for new talent. Lovely atmosphere, fantastic sound quality, these guys really know what they're doing. All the acts were fantastic. The biggest hit for me though was a young duo called PACER unbelievably good guitar & bass with intricate weaving of harmonic structured melodies that are rare in modern rock/pop music.
